Indra Dwisatria (Lawyer)
”a still prevalent mindset in women living outside the larger cities is that they should not or cannot pursue higher education; that they should marry at an early age; become mothers and remain entirely dependent on their husbands. I would like to see this changed and for all Indonesian women to know that they can achieve their dreams through education or otherwise.”

Endri Susanto (Director, Endri Foundation)
"the position of women in Indonesia in 2030 must be one of equality with men. Today, there are still many areas where women remain unequal to men especially in offices or in a work context. With respect to their role in society, women tend to generally be seen, and placed, below men.

By 2030, I expect that women will have a bigger role in society than they do today. And that is a must.”

Karina Antonio (Lawyer)
”If I could pass one law addressing the position of women in Indonesia today, it would be a law for protection of women’s rights under the ‘contract marriage’ which continues to be prevalent especially outside of the cities.”

Caeseria Apriliana (Tech Worker)
