Indonesian e-commerce licensing

Indonesia has issued Ministry of Trade Reg 50/2020 setting out  requirements for onshore and offshore platforms serving Indonesian based customers, including requirements on business licenses as well as  the appointment of Indonesian representatives by foreign e-commerce businesses. Regulation 50/2020 will come into effect in November 2020.
